The managing member is Newton Hill. who is registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession, registration no. 3088 and the Architect's Registration Board, UK, registration no. 053305J.

Our approach to projects may be defined as follows:

  • Establish the requirements of the client and input our thoughts to broaden the scope of the thought process. Define the brief and the budget.
  • Fully investigate design options to meet the requirements of the brief and amend the brief with the client's approval as required.
  • Thoroughly review design options and critically address Green Star rating opportunities and the implications of complying with SANS 10400:2010 National Building Regulations and SANS 204. Confirm the approved design and budget.
  • Assemble and manage the consultant team most suitable to fulfill the requirements of the approved brief. Successfully complete all the stages of the Client/Architect agreement, including project closeout.
